Frankie's another excellent face-off guy for us. We need two reliable face-off guys and if Frankie can get more playing time this year I think it's going to be a huge asset to our team.
He's gotten stronger in the past season and continues to work his tail off.
I think he's gotten a lot better because those two guys (R.G. Keenan and Kelly) are going at it every day in practice.
General: Returning letter winner in the midfield...5-10, 175 pounds...outstanding at the face-off X...also excels in the clearing game...member of UNC Honors Program and Athletes in Action Leadership Team.
2012 (Sophomore): Named to Dean's List in fall semester 2011.
2011 (Freshman): Played in 10 games as a freshman...won 15 of 30 face-offs on the season and had six ground balls...his best performance was an 8-for-11 face-off game with a season high four ground balls against Presbyterian...won 3-of-4 face-offs against Lehigh and 2-of-3 face-offs against UMBC...tapped for the 2011 All-ACC Academic Men's Lacrosse Team...named to ACC Academic Honor Roll...earned membership on spring 2011 Dean's List.

Section #1 (Lacrosse Related)
1. The best thing about being a Tar Heel lacrosse player is being part of a great group of guys and having the ability/platform to influence people.
2. My favorite thing about competing for Coach Breschi is the competitive atmosphere he creates during practice.
3. Since last year the aspects of my training I've worked on the most are strength and face-offs.
4. My best friend on another college lacrosse team is my cousin David (Rutgers).
5. My greatest strengths as a lacrosse player are competitiveness and hustle.
Section #2 (Frankie's Interests)
1. Away from the lacrosse field and academic pursuits I like to spend time in the Word and playing Tiger Woods `Masters'.
2. The best movie I've seen recently is Toy Story 3.
3. If I could compete in another sport at UNC it would be basketball.
4. The music act I'd most like to see in person is U2 or Lecrae.
5. The personal interest I have that might surprise my teammates is whittling things.
Section #3 (Food and Beverage)
1. After a game at Fetzer Field, I'd like to see a tailgate spread that included pulled pork BBQ, mac and cheese, cookies and Gatorade.
2. My favorite beverages are Gatorade, Arnold Palmers and Bug Juice.
3. My favorite food made by a relative is my Grammy's apple pie.
4. My favorite place to eat in Chapel Hill is IP3.
5. My favorite guilty pleasure food wise is Double Stuff Oreos.

1. If I possessed the gift of time travel I'd like to go to the creation of the world.
2. My most prized personal possession is my scooter.
3. If I could go to dinner with a famous person it would be Jesus.
