2023 - Graduate Season
One of four Tar Heels to appear and start in all 22 contests • Logged a team best 2,013 minutes of game action • Played a season-high 110 minutes in the Third Round of the NCAA Tournament against Hofstra • Had four shots and one shot on goal during the season • Helped Carolina to the fifth-best scoring defense in the nation, and first in the Atlantic Coast Conference • Defensive anchor on the back line that helped the Tar Heel defense post eight shutouts throughout the year • Named to ACC All-Tournament Team • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll
2022 - Graduate Season
One of five Tar Heels to start all 19 contests • Ranked first on the team with 1,706 minutes, playing all but four minutes the entire season • One of only two outfield players in the ACC who logged a full 90 minutes in all 16 regular season matches • Had his first goal as a Tar Heel in the 19th minute off a rebound from a free kick at NC State • Staple on UNC’s back line that limited its opponents to an average of 6.3 shots per game, the lowest among ACC teams • Helped hold VCU shotless until the 89th minute, the longest streak for holding an opponent without a shot in the ACC all season • Kept No. 18 Virginia, VCU and UNCW without a shot in the opening frame • Selected to the MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List • Named a preseason NCAA DI Men’s Defender to Watch by United Soccer Coaches.
2021 - Junior Season (at Tulsa)
Named to the United Soccer Coaches All-East Region First Team • Named the American Athletic Conference’s Defensive Player of the Tournament and picked up all-tournament team accolades for helping Tulsa earn the tournament and regular season crowns • Started in 19 games • Scored the game-winning goal against Temple • Also had a goal against UCF • Recorded assists against Michigan State and SMU • Helped post shutouts over Omaha, Missouri State, Marquette, Memphis (twice), South Florida, SMU (twice) and Creighton • Tabbed to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week on Sept. 13 and Nov. 15 • Was the AAC Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 13 and Oct. 18 • Named TU’s “Man of the Match” against Creighton, Memphis and UCF (twice) • Voted team’s Defender of the Year • Named to the United Soccer Coaches Academic All-America Second Team and Scholar All-Region Team.
2020 - Sophomore Season (at Tulsa)
Earned a starting role in 12 games • Recorded an assist against UCF • Attempted six shots, four of which were on goal • Helped post shutouts over Memphis twice, as well as UCF, Temple and USF • Named Tulsa’s “Man of the Match” against Temple • Voted team’s Defender of the Year.
2019 - Freshman Season (at Tulsa)
Started in 13 of 15 games • Picked up an assist against Oral Roberts • Attempted three shots • Helped post shutouts over Gonzaga, Incarnate Word and Temple • Named Tulsa’s Student-Athlete of the Month in November.

Played for the SV Darmstadt 1898 for four years • Won the South German Championship with the state-selected team • Also played soccer for Frankfurt International School.

Til Zinnhardt is the son of Claudia Frink-Zinnhardt and Arnd Zinnhardt • Has two siblings, Caren and Kai • Is a triplet • Birthday is February 15 • Born in Konigstein, Germany • Is working towards his MBA • Chose UNC for its prestigious MBA program, athletic excellence and coaching staff.
