No. 6 Men's Lacrosse Meets Penn State In Charlotte Saturday

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The sixth-ranked North Carolina men's lacrosse team travels in-state this weekend to Charlotte, meeting No. 9 Penn State in The Crown Lacrosse Classic at American Legion Memorial Stadium. Opening faceoff between the Tar Heels and Nittany Lions is set for 6:30 PM.

Last Time Out - Brown
• Brown opened the game scoring three-straight goals, however the Tar Heels finished the contest on a 19-4 spurt, claiming the 12-goal victory.
• Carolina held the Bears scoreless for 23:56 in the first half.
• Luke Bair and Dominic Pietramala each scored a hat trick on the day.
• Pietramala's first goal of the contest was the 100th of his career. The Lutherville, Md. product became the 17th in program history to eclipse 100-career goals.
