Track Posts Successful First Day In Raleigh

Raleigh Relays kicked off with the javelin as Kate Joyce (51.70m) finished in third place; her second throw of the day put her right outside the top ten in the country in 12th at the time of the mark.
Ethan Hogan (3:52.21) and Henry Strand (3:48.54) made their outdoor debut in the men's 1500m. Strand won his heat.
Max Stakun-Pickering (7572 points) opened the outdoor season with a massive PR. Stakun-Pickering ended with two wins from yesterday and two top-three finishes in the pole vault and 400m.
