UNC vs. William & Mary Men's Soccer 11/19/00

I was joking (with UNC's players about the conditions) because I didn't think it would continue. I was joking about using an orange ball and how (the snow) would change the game. There's no brilliant stuff you can do. You're not going to beat anyone one-on-one. It's just not going to happen.
UNC Midfielder Matt Laycock: I've been limited in what I've been able to do in practice and in games. I'm just glad to be able to get in.
At this time of the season, to be able to come back from 0-2 in these conditions, you've got to give a lot of credit to the team.
When you come in as a sub, you want to do something to change the rhythm of the game, whether it's a hard tackle or a goal. That's what I try to do.
