Scott Hodgson joined the Carolina men's lacrosse staff as the director of operation in September 2024.

Hodgson, a 2004 graduate of Susquehanna University, was a four-year standout player for the River Hawks. A two-time captain during his time in college, Hodgson graduated as the program’s career record in goals scored.

After graduation, Hodgson began his career in coaching at his alma mater for one season, followed by joining Breschi’s staff at Ohio State for a year in 2006.

Hodgson has spent the past 18 years with FCA Lacrosse, serving as the Director of Men’s Lacrosse Ministry, North Carolina Lacrosse Director, and most recently the UNC Campus Director.
