2019-20: PING All-East Region and Golfweek honorable mention All-America • Ranked in the top 50 by Golfweek • Second on the team in stroke average (71.08) • Would have been the third lowest stroke average in school history, but unofficial due to the season ending early due to Covid-19 • Five top-10 finishes – T2 at John Burns, T4 at Turning Stone and Notre Dame and T7 at the Golf Club of Georgia Intercollegiate and the General Hackler • Shot in the 60s nine times with a low of 66 in the final round at John Burns • 7 under par over 24 rounds • Had a 570-121 record • Member of the ACC Honor Roll.
2018-19: PING All-East Region selection • Second on the team in stroke average (71.98) • Set all-time UNC 18-hole record with his bogey-free 10-under 61 in the second round at Notre Dame • Set UNC and tournament records for score and strokes against par in a round and became the third Tar Heel to ever shoot under 200 in a 54-hole event • Birdied 1, 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 17 to shoot 61 • Ben Griffin (2017 Tar Heel Intercollegiate), Carter Jenkins (2015 Primland Collegiate), Jack Fields (2009 UNCG Bridgestone) and Jack Fields (in 1951 match vs. Duke) held previous UNC record at 63 • Griffin and Jenkins held the previous record at for score to par at 9 under • Finished second at Notre Dame, one of three top-10 and seven top-25 finishes • Also tied for 10th at Wake Forest and San Diego • Carolina’s best finisher (14th) at the 2019 ACC Championship • Shot 67 in the second round at ACCs • Shot 70 in the second round in the NCAA Stanford Regional • Led the team in birdies with 151.
