2022 (Senior): Saw action in all 14 games and started 12 • Tied for second on the team in goals (20) and third on the team in assists (15) • Named a 2021-22 team captain • Scored three goals and collected two assists in the season opener versus Richmond (2/11) • Notched three goals with a career-high in assists (5), points (8), and ground balls (6) against Brown (2/23) • Scored two goals in four straight games versus Johns Hopkins (2/27), Denver (3/5), Virginia (3/10), and High Point (3/20) • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll

2020 (Sophomore): Tallied eight points on four goals and four assists with seven ground balls and two caused turnovers • Totaled 10 shots with eight on goal • Made his first appearance in the third game of the season, recording one goal on one shot, an assist, a ground ball and a caused turnover against Lafayette • Tied his career-high three points at Johns Hopkins with a goal and two assists while adding a ground ball • Scored one goal on three shots at Denver and tallied two ground balls and a caused turnover • Had a goal and an assist at Furman • Matched his career-best three ground balls versus Bryant • Remainder of season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll • Tar Heel Scholar-Athlete for the spring and fall semesters of 2019.
2019 (Freshman): Started all 15 games of the season, totaling 17 points (11g, 6a), 14 ground balls and four caused turnovers • Opened his collegiate career with the most points of his freshman season, scoring two goals and having one assist at Mercer • Had one goal and two ground balls against Furman • Went back-to-back games with one goal, one assist and one ground ball versus Harvard and Johns Hopkins, adding one caused turnover to his season stats against Harvard • Picked up three ground balls and forced a turnover against Denver • Scored twice and caused one turnover against Marist • Had two points (1g, 1a) and tow ground balls versus Bucknell • Also had two points against Cleveland State, again with one goal and one assist • Scored one goal and had one ground ball at Maryland • Added a ground ball against Duke • Had one assist at Virginia • Had three shots against Syracuse and one at Notre Dame to close out the regular season • Scored a goal, had a ground ball and caused a turnover in the ACC first round game against Syracuse • Picked up two ground balls and took one shot against Virginia in the ACC semifinal • Named to the All-ACC Academic Team • Named to the 2018-19 ACC Academic Honor Roll.

Personal: Bryan Jacob Kelly is the son of Bryan and Heidi Kelly • Born September 9 in Towson, Md. • Has four younger brothers – Daniel, Joshua, Caleb and Eli • Major is undecided • His father Bryan played at UNC from 1988-91 and was an All-America defenseman on the Tar Heels’ undefeated 1991 NCAA championship squad.
