• I would liken Ryan to a point guard in basketball. Know matter where we put him on the field, he picks up things quickly.
• Extremely coachable player. You only have to tell him once and it clicks for him.
• He's a guy who will play defensive midfield, offense, wing on the face-off. He will be all over the field. He's one of the most versatile players for us.
• His strengths include his lacrosse IQ, the fact he's a great communicator and can be a quarterback of a defense or an offense.
• He knows where other guys on the field should be at all times and he's a great teacher to the young guys on the team.
