OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in six meets in the hammer throw ... Set a personal record with a throw of 50.38m at the Liberty Twilight and finsihed third at the meet to end the season ... 2023 T&F: INDOOR SEASON: Competed in the shot put and weight throw during indoor season ... Set personal bests in both the shot put (14.34m) and the weight throw (14.51m) at the Hokie Invitational in January ... Later set a new personal best in the shot put at the Viginia Tech Challenge with a toss of 14.70m ... OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in four meets in the hammer throw ... Posted three consecutive personal-best throws in three consecutive outdoor meets ... Began with a 44.92m effort at the Raleigh Relays, then followed that with a 45.98m throw to finish eighth at the Wake Forest Invitational ... Topped himself again two weeks later with a throw of 47.05m at the Liberty Twilight on May 3.
