As a Junior: Captured Flight B singles title at NC State Fall Invitational, defeating High Point's Jim Trussler in the finals  Advanced to the main draw singles of ITA Mideast Regional with two wins in qualifying  Finalist in the C Flight Singles and B Flight Doubles (with Will Plyler) of the UNC Fall Invitational  Played in two dual matches nabbing wins over Howard and Boston College.
As a Sophomore: Advanced to the finals of the Wolfpack Invitational  Was 3-1 at the UNC Fall Invitational  Lost to W&M's Kavi Sud in three sets in the 2nd rd. of Qualifying for the ITA Mideast Regional  Teamed with Taylor Fogleman at #3 doubles in the Georgetown match  Named a 2006 ITA Scholar Athlete.
As a Freshman: Posted a 7-1 overall singles record  Won his singles flight at the Groot Memorial Invitational, defeating South Carolina's Thomas Stoddard in the final 4-6, 7-5, 6-4  Won the consolation finals of the USC Fall Invitational, defeating, Campbell's Gabriel Delarue, 6-0, 6-0.
Prep: Graduated in May 2004 from Boise High School  Was number one in tennis singles at Boise High all four years  Won three State Singles Championships (2002-2004)  Member of two team State Championships (2003-2004)  Is a Morehead Scholar at UNC  Recipient of Coca-Cola Scholar award  Served as Key Club President in high school and was a member of the National Honor Society.
