2014 Cross Country: Competed in three races for the Tar Heels • Finished sixth at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational • Took 35th at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational • Had his best 8k performance of the season at the ACC Cross Country Championships where he finished 65th at 24:53.

Senior: Competed in two meets in his first season on the cross country team, including at the ACC Championships • Placed 49th at the conference meet in 25:12.6 • Also raced the Joe Hilton Invitational, placing 13th • Took fourth in the 3,000 at the Dick Taylor Challenge and set a new personal record at 8:26.12 • Did not compete during the outdoor season • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
