"Today was a solid day for the program with 3 of 5 crews earning spots in grand finals. We had a lot of close races with very fast teams which was great to see that we are certainly pointing in the right direction," said head coach Erin Neppel. "Kudos also to our spare pair who won the pairs race - it's the first time we have entered and it was awesome they got to experience that! Tomorrow we anticipate a lot of very close, fast races where it is anyone's game. Looking forward to it."
