GREENVILLE, N.C. – With a season high of seven stolen bases, Carolina shut out ECU, 5-0 on Wednesday at the ECU Softball Stadium.
After four scoreless innings, Kiani Ramsey slugged a bases-clearing, three-run double to left for the lead. Berlynne Delamora drove in one more on an RBI-walk and Abby Settlemyre finalized the game's scoring with a sac-fly. Carolina improves to 17-12 while ECU drops to 19-14.

» Starting pitcher Hannah George struck out her first batter before a two-out double and pair of walks loaded the bases. Brittany Pickett entered in relief before a groundout to Campbell Hutcherson ended the inning.
