Kitchell Moves Into Second In NCAA In Shot Put

BOSTON/CLEMSON, S.C. - Tommy Kitchell's (20.47m) shot put performance highlighted Saturday's track and field action slate. Kitchell threw a personal best distance to win the shot put invitational section in Clemson. The graduate student is now number two in the NCAA.
Ciara O'Shea (9:16.52) and Logan St. John Kletter (9:16.76) moved into UNC's all-time list for the 3000m as they moved into seventh and ninth all-time, respectively in Boston.
