CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – No. 1 North Carolina women's soccer looks to remain undefeated following an in-state matchup Saturday night against NC State. Kickoff between the Tar Heels and Wolfpack is slated for 7 p.m. ET at Dail Soccer Field in Raleigh.

The match will broadcast on ACCNX with Evan Budrovich and Michaela Van Maanen on call.

North Carolina checked in at No. 1 in the recent United Soccer Coaches poll for the second consecutive week.
The Tar Heels, who are one of just 13 undefeated teams in the country, are also ranked No. 2 in this week's NCAA RPI.
Saturday will be the 54th meeting between North Carolina and NC State in program history.
UNC leads the all-time series at 48-3-2, including 16-2-2 in Raleigh. UNC has out-scored the Wolfpack 173-38 all-time, including 56-15 on the road.
The last meeting between the two teams was a 2-0 Carolina victory on Oct. 9, 2022, in Chapel Hill, with a goal from Avery Patterson assisted by Ally Sentnor.
In its last outing, No. 1 North Carolina battled No. 3 Florida State to a thrilling 3-3 draw to remain perfect on the year at 7-0-4.
Sentnor added a goal and an assist over the Seminoles to complement her game-winner against Virginia, marking a five-point effort on the weekend.
Sentnor, redshirt sophomore midfielder, was named the ACC Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 26, the second such honor of her career.
Carolina owns half of the ACC player of the week honors this season: Savy King (Aug. 22, Sept. 5), Sam Meza (Aug. 29), Patterson (Sept. 12), Maycee Bell (Sept. 19) and Sentnor (Sept. 26).
