CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - The University of North Carolina field hockey team outshot Virginia 15-1 Sunday, but that one shot was all the Cavaliers needed to pull off a 1-0 win. The loss was the third in a row for the No. 9 Tar Heels and puts the team's record at 7-7 on the season. No. 18 Virginia improved to 8-5. The game does not count toward the Atlantic Coast Conference standings.
