Why Carolina?
I chose the University of North Carolina because it truly feels like home. The soccer program’s history of greatness and winning is something I’ve always admired, and being part of such a prestigious team is a dream come true. I love how competitive the environment is. Everyone pushes each other to be better every single day. When I visited, I instantly fell in love with the campus and the energy on Franklin Street; it just felt special. Coaches Damon and Tracey made me feel welcomed and supported from the start, and I knew this was where I belonged, both as a player and as a person.
