Attended Bethesda Chevy Chase High School in Bethesda, Maryland • Played prep soccer under head coach Rob Kutrz • Was the team’s leading goal scorer as a sophomore, junior and season • Broke the single-season scoring school record as a senior with 34 goals • Named team captain as a junior and senior • Member of the National Honor Society • Part of her high school newspaper • Played club soccer with Bethesda Soccer Club under the direction of Dave Greene • Named to the ECNL North Atlantic All-Conference First Team.

Logan Elizabeth Tongberg is the daughter of Kristen and Chris Tongberg • Has two siblings, Riley and Emery • Both of her parents and her paternal grandparents attended UNC • Birthday is October 17 • Planning to double major in business and media and journalism.
Why Carolina?
I chose UNC because both my parents went here, and I grew up being a fan. I also was excited about the competitive environment athletically and academically.
