2016: Earned All-Region at the NCAA Southeast Regional after finishing 21st with a time of 29:57 • Competed in four meets during the cross country season • Ran a personal best 8k time of 23:57 to take 25th at the ACC Cross Country Championship • Finished 39th in the men’s blue 5 mile at the Joe Plane Invitational • Clocked in at 24:50 at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational to take 72nd place.

2015-16: Finished seventh in the 5000m at the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships • Finished 15th in the 5000m at the NCAA East Preliminary Round • Took 12th in the 5000m at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships and took 13th in the 3000m • Earned All-ACC honors for finishing 21st at the conference championship • Set a personal best in the 8k at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational at 24:06.4 • Set a personal record in 10k at the Southeast Regional meet at 30:36.7 and finished 34th • Finished 17th at the Princeton Inter-Regional • Was in the top-40 in every XC meet he competed in • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll • Honored as the Most Inspirational male cross country athlete.

2014-15: Had a breakout season for the Tar Heels • Earned All-ACC honors for finishing third in the 5,000 at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships • Also earned points for the men's team at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships for finishing sixth in the 3,000 • Finished 15th in the 5,000 at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships • Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 5,000 • Competed in every race besides the Adidas Three Stripe Invitational during the cross country season • Set a new personal record in the 8K at the ACC Championships where he placed 26th • Placed 130th at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships and scoring 109 points for the men's team who took 12th overall.

2013-14: Did not compete during the cross country season • Ran the mile in the Dick Taylor Challenge and the 1,500 at the UCS Invitational • Did not compete during the outdoor season.

2012-13: Ran a personal best of 3:51.92 in the 1,500 at the Duke Twilight • Raced a PR in the 5,000 of 14:25.17 at the Duke Invitational • Competed in the inaugural McAfee Mile at the Joe Hilton Invitational • Ran the 5,000 at the ACC Outdoor Championships • Did not compete during the indoor season • During the cross country season, he raced in five contests for the Tar Heels, including the ACC Championships • Had a season-best finish of 11th at the Adidas XC Challenge • Ran an 8K PR at the Notre Dame Invitational, finishing in 24:48 • Also competed in the Covered Bridge Open and the Wisconsin Invitational • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
