Appeared in 26 games with four starts, posting a 3.48 ERA • Pitched 41.1 innings, allowing 16 earned runs • Notched 34 strikeouts while walking just 17 • Registered a 5-1 mark on the season • Appeared in 12 ACC games, making two conference starts against Duke (5/13) and Wake Forest (5/23) • Threw 8 scoreless innings, in which he gave up just one hit while striking out a season-high eight batters, to earn a win at Duke (5/13) • Also picked up an ACC victory with a scoreless frame at Clemson (3/10) • Struck out six batters against St. John's (2/28) • Gave up just one earned run to earn a win in his first start of the season against High Point (4/17).
