General -- Senior leader who is a three-time letter winner...contributes in the midfield and has also played defense during her time at Carolina...has come back from anterior cruciate ligament tears in both knees to continue her soccer career.
Club Soccer -- Played for the Greensboro Twisters `85 club team which won the 2003 Southern regional title and advanced to national semifinals...that team also won the 2003 Premier League title...member of Georgia Olympic Development Team from 1997-99 and was a member of the North Carolina Olympic Development Program Team from 2000-04.
At Carolina -- Member of Pi Sigma Alpha political science honor society and Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity...active in Carolina Dreams program...a rising star and veteran leader in the Carolina Leadership Academy.
Junior Season (2006) -- Played in 11 games as a junior...recorded her only point of the season with an assist on the fourth goal in UNC's 4-0 win over Navy in the second round of the NCAA Tournament...named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll for the third straight year and made the UNC Dean's List both semesters.
Sophomore Season (2005) -- Saw time in 11 of the Tar Heels' 25 games, meriting her first starting nod in the team's 4-0 win over Wake Forest in her hometown of Winston-Salem...took only one shot on the season, made it count, recording her first collegiate goal by knocking in a rebound in the season opener against Tennessee...played a career-high 51 minutes against Maryland in the first round of the ACC tournament...was named to the Dean's List in the spring semester of 2006...was also on the 2006 ACC Academic Honor Roll.
Freshman Season (2004) - Played in five games as a freshman...recorded an assist in the NCAA first round win over Campbell...named to Dean's List in spring semester 2005...also named to the 2005 ACC Academic Honor Roll.
Prep -- Graduated on May 22, 2004 from Mount Tabor High School...played four years of soccer and was captain of team as a senior...also played one year of basketball...started on soccer team for four years...in 2001, she had 11 goals and five assists while being named All-Conference and All-Region...as a sophomore, she scored 16 goals and had seven assists and was again named All-Conference and All-Region...also named All-State and was the Region Eight Player of the Year...in 2003, she had 17 goals and seven assists and repeated all the major awards she won as a sophomore...she was limited as a senior to only 10 matches because of an ACL injury and scored six goals and had two assists...graduated in top five percent of her class.
