Notre Dame Game Set For October 3 Placed On Six-Day Hold

The Atlantic Coast Conference and its television partners have announced that the Notre Dame and North Carolina football game on Saturday, Oct. 3, has been placed on a six-day hold, with the game time and television network to be determined following the conclusion of Saturday, Sept. 26, games.
It will be the first meeting between the programs since 2022, when the Fighting Irish earned a 45-32 victory at Kenan Stadium.
UNC enters the matchup 2-1 on the year, while Notre Dame is 3-0 and ranked No. 3 in this week's Associated Press and Coaches Polls.
