Carolina Football Live Radio Show Returns To TOPO Aug. 24

CHAPEL HILL – The 2026 Carolina football season is here and so is the start of "Carolina Football Live," presented by the Good Feet Store. This season's first show is Monday, August 24 at 7 p.m. from Top of the Hill Restaurant & Brewery at the corner of Franklin and Columbia Street in Chapel Hill.
The weekly radio show, which will move mostly to Thursday nights this season, is hosted by radio play-by-play voice Jones Angell. Head football coach Bill Belichick will headline the show each week. Joining Belichick throughout the season will be other UNC head coaches, various Carolina football assistant coaches and Tar Heel student-athletes.
Field hockey head coach Erin Matson will join Belichick on August 24 for the first show.
The one-hour show can be heard across the state on the Tar Heel Sports Radio Network, will be streamed on GoHeels.com and can be viewed on the GoHeels Facebook page.
Top of the Hill restaurant hosts the UNC football and men's basketball radio shows and is a favorite destination for all Tar Heel fans. TOPO features a menu loaded with locally-sourced ingredients and an outdoor deck with a panoramic view of downtown Chapel Hill.
Fans who can't make it to Chapel Hill are encouraged to submit questions for the show's guests via email (asktheheels@gmail.com) or on X (@JonesAngell).
