Women’s Tennis Releases Fall Schedule

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Head coach Brian Kalbas and the Carolina women's tennis team return to Chapel Hill as they prepare for the 2026 fall season. The team released the fall slate Wednesday afternoon. The schedule features one home invitational and several road tournaments en route to the NCAA Individual Championships.
UNC will officially open the fall season the weekend of Sept. 11-13 in two different locations. Several of the athletes will compete at home in the Kitty Harrison Invitational while others will head north to play in the Milwaukee Tennis Classic.
Following opening weekend, the Tar Heels will compete in various ITA Tournaments in hopes of clinching their spot at the NCAA Individual Championships. UNC will play close to home in Cary, N.C. from Sept. 19-27 at the ITA All-American Championships.
UNC will also take part in the Rome Tennis Center Collegiate Invite beginning Oct. 23.
For those that qualify, Carolina players will wrap up the fall season in Athens, Ga. for the NCAA Singles and Doubles National Championship Nov. 17-22. Last time around at the NCAA Championships, Reese Brantmeier claimed the program's second singles national title in its history.
