Swimming & Diving Places 22 On All-ACC Academic Team

Chapel Hill, N.C. – The University of North Carolina swimming and diving team placed 22 Tar Heels on the All-ACC Academic team, the league announced on Wednesday. The women's team had 13 honorees, while the men's team produced nine.

Beginning in 2025-26, student-athletes needed to a new criteria of being an undergraduate student-athlete who has been enrolled at the institution at least one academic year (two semesters / three quarters), earned a cumulative GPA of 3.00 including a 3.00 GPA in most recent two semesters / three quarters, and competed in either the ACC Championship, NCAA Championship or both.
