XC Runs On Friday In Cary At The Adidas XC Challenge

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – North Carolina cross country returns to action on Friday, Sept. 19 in Cary, N.C. for the Adidas XC Challenge at WakeMed Soccer Park. The men's 6K will start at 5:15 pm and the women's 5K will start at 5:55 pm.

Last time At WakeMed:

The last time the Tar Heels ran at the WakeMed was the 2024 ACC Championship The men's side of the championship was highlighted by second and third-place finishes by seniors Ethan Strand and Parker Wolfe, respectively. Fatima Altanis and Brynn Brown both finished inside the top ten for the women, at fifth and eighth, respectively, to earn All-ACC honors.

The Last Time At The Adidas XC Challenge:

In 2021 Parker Wolfe made his Carolina debut first in his race winning the race and the men's team also brought home the team victory, which was the last time the men ran in this weekend's race.
