SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The Premier Lacrosse League continued its 2025 campaign last weekend in San Diego, with five North Carolina men's lacrosse alumni in action.
June 27 - Denver Outlaws vs. California Redwoods
Midfielder Justin Anderson scored two one-point goals and dished out an assist, also collecting two ground balls in the Outlaws' 18-12 victory to begin the weekend.
June 27 - Utah Archers vs. New York Atlas
Connor Maher recorded two ground balls and a caused turnover for the Archers, who fell to 2-3 on the campaign.
June 28 - Boston Cannons vs. Carolina Chaos
Marcus Holman recorded his 500th career point in the first quarter, becoming the sixth professional lacrosse player all-time to eclipse 500-or-more points. At the faceoff X, Zac Tucci won 11 faceoffs and posted three ground balls for the Cannons. Defenseman Jack Rowlett collected two ground balls for Carolina, who won their second game of the season.
