T&F Heads To Raleigh Relays This Weekend

The Tar Heel men's and women's track and field teams will take part in the Raleigh Relays on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. NC State University will host the meet at the Paul Derr Track.

Carolina will bring a large contingent of competitors to Raleigh for what should be a very competitive field.

Last Time Out
• Carolina opened its 2024 outdoor season last weekend with a strong performance at the Phoenix Invitational at Elon University.
• Six Tar Heels won individual titles on Saturday in High Point: Spencer Young (women's javelin), Jack De Francesco (men's pole vault elite), Sam Romerhaus (men's hammer, 45.90m), Peyton Berryman (women's pole vault), Brayden Radhuber (men's discus), and Sydney Banks (high jump).

Coming Up
• After the Raleigh Relays, the Tar Heels will compete at the Miami Alumni Invitational and the Vertklasse Meeting hosted by High Point University on April 5-6.
• The 2024 Atlantic Coast Conference Outdoor Championships will be in Atlanta on May 9-11.
