Softball Travels to Charlotte for Wednesday Midweek

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The Carolina softball team returns to action on Wednesday, kicking off a five-game road trip with a midweek matchup at Charlotte. The matchup gets underway at Sue M. Daughtridge Stadium at 6 p.m. and will be broadcasted live on ESPN+.
The Tar Heels are coming off a 1-3 week, earning a midweek victory over App State before being swept by Clemson in a three-game home ACC series.

- Sara Jubas leads the team with 11 multiple RBI games and nine multi-hit games this season this season
- Bri Stubbs has recorded a hit in each of the last seven games. She currently ranks No. 5 in the ACC for on-base percentage (.508)
- The Tar Heel defense has turned 14 double plays this season, which ranks as the third-most in the conference
