UNC vs. Wake Forest Postgame Notes
• It was the first time this season all five Tar Heel starters score in double figures led by Justin Jackson with 19, Joel Berry II and Kennedy Meeks with 18 each.
• Meeks posted his sixth double-double this year (18 career). Career high 18 shot attempts, season high 9 buckets plus 3 steals & blocks.
• Isaiah Hicks' 16 points were his most since vs. Chaminade in November. He matched his career best from the free throw line - 6 for 6, made key 1&1 with 32 seconds left.
• Jackson was UNC's leading scorer for the eighth time this year and the fourth time in last five games. He is now shooting 40 percent from three-point range.
• Kenny Williams' 12 points included two three-pointers. He has 32 points in the last three games, all wins.
• It was the fourth time this year the Tar Heels shot 50 percent from the floor in both halves (and the first time since Kentucky).
• Carolina is now 122-4 under Roy when scoring 90 or more points. UNC had 93 Wednesday at Wake Forest
• Carolina is now 59-31 at Wake Forest, including 14-10 vs the Deacs at Joel Coliseum.
• The win was Roy Williams' 798th career victory. He needs two wins for 800 and has 72 ACC road victories, most in the last 14 years in the ACC.
