Men’s Basketball Carolina Flex Passes On Sale Now
October 12, 2026 | Men's Basketball
Starting this season, Carolina men's basketball fans will have a new way to purchase tickets to see the Tar Heels in the Smith Center. The men's basketball Carolina flex pass gives fans the flexibility to build a multi-game ticket package their way at the best price. Fans can select from 16, 24 or 32 passes and exchange them for tickets at any point during the season, while inventory remains.
Whether they want to bring a group to one game, attend several games throughout the season or a combination of both, fans have the power to decide how and when to use their passes.
"We're continuing to evolve our offerings to help provide our donors, fans and alumni with packages that appeal to them and their circumstances." said UNC associate athletics director of ticket operations Jacob Coggins. "This plan is intended to thread the needle of flexibility and commitment. It will allow fans to commit in advance to secure the best prices, while still allowing them to maintain flexibility on everything from quantity of tickets to opponent to the date and time of game."
What to know before purchasing:
1. One pass is good for one ticket to a regular season home game, once exchanged.
2. Passes must be exchanged for a valid game ticket prior to entry. Exchanges can be made up until game time.
3. Passes and/or tickets cannot be transferred or resold.
4. The account holder must be present for the game.
5. Exchanges must be processed online through your GoHeels account prior to entry for the game. Exchanges cannot be processed in person at the Ticket Office or at the door on game day.
6. No refunds will be provided for unused passes at the conclusion of the season.
7. No unused passes will roll over to the following season.
8. Passes can be exchanged for tickets to any game with primary inventory available. Inventory may vary by game and time of exchange, and inventory is not guaranteed for all games.
9. Passes can be exchanged starting Thursday, October 15 at 10 a.m. ET, when single-game tickets go on sale to the public.
10. Rams Club members requesting tickets through the Rams Club single-game request period will be assigned prior to inventory being made available for exchanges.
