HUMACAO, Puerto Rico - No. 3 North Carolina won a pair of matches on Tuesday over Denison and Navy to improve its record to 17-2 on the season.

Carolina did not surrender a set in both victories today. Marika Akkerman, Ashley Dai, Maggie Kane, Chloe Ouellet-Pizer and Cassandra Vazquez each recorded two singles wins on the day.

North Carolina visits Syracuse on Thursday, March 24 at 2:30 p.m., before returning home to host Notre Dame on March 26 at 11 a.m. at Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center.
