Crystal Dunn
RE: Scoring her first career goal
"It was a cross from Klingenberg and Courtney redirected it and I just tapped it in."
RE: Giving up three goals in a half
"We are a young back line and we are still working out kinks, but we have talent back there. They just took advantage of our weakness. But hopefully this is our last time giving up three goals. There is no doubt in my mind that we will come out stronger."
RE: Moving from midfield to center back
"I am happy being on the field. So at the end of the day, as long as [Anson Dorrance] isn't saying, `Crystal, come off,' I'm okay."
Head Coach: Anson Dorrance
RE: Defense being the reason the Heels fell short
"I also think we could have done a better job on the attack. Defense for us is not just the back three and the goalkeeper it's the shape of the entire unit. So we have got to defend better."
RE: Surrendering three goals
"There's no way we can afford to give up three goals and expect to beat anyone, so I was certainly disappointed in that. But there were a lot of things I did like. [Boston College] had a veteran roster and I feel like for the majority of the game, we were riding them. If you look at the shot differential and corner kicks, we did some good things. So I was not entirely disappointed."
RE: The scoreless first-half
"I don't think we started well. I think we sort of came into the game a little lackluster. But I don't think it was just us, I think they did, too. And I think the second-half was the way games traditionally go between BC and us. And I think if either team and gone into the first half with that sort of passion, the game would have been swayed in the first-half."
