North Carolina Notes
North Carolina hit a season-high field goal percentage, shooting 62.3 percent, and tied the season-high three-point percentage at 54.3 percent.
Carolina established a new season-high for three-pointers for the second game in a row. The Tar Heels hit 10 three-pointers against Duke in the ACC Championship and 12 today.
Leah Metcalf scored a season-high 14 points, just missing a 1,000-point total for her career by four points. She would have been the 23rd player in school history to reach that mark.

Coppin State Notes
North Carolina's 97 points was the most allowed by Coppin State since a 97-83 loss to Howard on Jan. 27, 2002.
Coppin State suffered its largest margin of defeat in its 35-point loss to the Tar Heels since an 80-45 loss at St. Peter's.
The Lady Eagles allowed Carolina to shoot 62.3 percent field goals, which was the second highest percentage ever allowed. On Jan. 5, 1997, the team allowed UC-Irvine to shoot 62.5 percent.
Junior Sherrie Tucker needed 18 points to reach the 1,000-mark for her career, but with 14 points in today's game she finishes the season with 996 career points.
