As a Junior
Blossomed into one of the top all-arounders in the EAGL • Twice named the EAGL Gymnast of the Week for her performances against Maryland (Feb. 10) and Temple (Feb. 17) • Scored a 39.075 in the all-around vs. the Terps, which included a first-place 9.775 on bars and second place finishes on balance beam (9.825) and floor exercise (9.825) • Against Temple, she finished first in three events - bars (9.850), balance beam (9.850) and all-around (39.225) • Also was second on the floor (9.800) and third on vault (9.725) against the Owls • Scored a 39.000 or higher in the last nine meets of the year • Posted a career-best 39.275 against George Washington on Feb. 24 • Named first-team All-EAGL on balance beam and uneven bars • Earned EAGL All-Academic honors • Finished third on the balance beam with a 9.825 and was fourth in the all-around with a 39.175 at the EAGL Championships • Placed third on the balance beam with a 9.850 at the NCAA Regionals.

Received EAGL All-Academic honors • Competed on bars, balance beam and floor exercise in all 11 meets • Had her best meet of the season in the dual meet home win over Pittsburgh • Scored career-highs on bars (9.825), balance beam (9.850) and floor exercise (9.775) • Earned All-EAGL Tournament first-team honors after placing second on bars with a 9.800 • Also finished 13th on balance beam with a 9.700 to help lead Carolina to its second-straight EAGL title • Peaked at the right time of the year with a 9.800 or higher on uneven bars in four of the last six meets of the year.
As a Freshman
Competed in nine meets with a primary focus on the uneven bars • Also saw action on the vault and balance beam in two other meets • Scored a personal-best 9.825 to win uneven bars competition in Chapel Hill vs. Maryland • Later matched that score to finish seventh at the EAGL Championships • Helped Carolina score its highest uneven bars total of the season (49.225) and win the EAGL team title • Earned EAGL All-Tournament honors on bars • Posted a season-high 9.650 and finished second in the balance beam at William & Mary • Also had a season-high 9.650 in the vault at William & Mary • Scored a 9.800 on uneven bars in the Sweetheart Invitational in Chapel Hill • Competed on bars in the NCAA Regionals • Received EAGL All-Academic honors.

Attended Tabb High School in Yorktown, Va. • Trained at World Class Gymnastics in Newport News, Va., where she was coached by Tami Harrison and Jon Angle • A USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Nationals competitor • Placed sixth on balance beam and 14th in the all-around at the 2008 Level 10 National Championships • Former club teammate with former UNC gymnast Kara Wright.
