2019-20: Finished 24th in the 3,000 meters (8:26.51) at the ACC Indoor Championships • Clocked a personal-best 3,000 time of 8:21.82 at Boston’s David Hemery Valentine Invitational Also had a career-best performance in the mile (4:13.83) at the Virginia Tech Invitational • Secured the runner-up finish in the men’s mile in the season-opening Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge • Outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 XC: Ran a personal-best 10K time (31:37.2) to place 65th overall and to score for the Tar Heels at the NCAA Southeast Regional • Was in the 8K lineup at the ACC Cross Country Championships • Competed in three regular-season meets – the Elon Opener, Cavalier Classic and Joe Piane ND Invitational.

2018-19: Ran a personal-best mile (4:24.73) at the Camel City Invitational in his only indoor appearance • Did not compete during the outdoor seasons.

2018 XC: Finished 146th at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a career-best 10K time of 33:09.3 • Placed 75th in the men’s 8K (25:03.1) at the ACC Championships • Scored for Carolina at the Charlotte Opener and ACC Championships.

2017-18: Set five new personal bests in his first season as a Tar Heel • Ran the mile in 4:26.15 for second-place at the UNC Open • Set a career record in the 5,000 at the Raleigh Relays and another in the 3,000 at the Battle of the Blues the following week • Finished the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a personal-best time of 9:57.89 for 18th at the Duke Invitational • Placed 16th at the Virginia Grand Prix, running a 3:59.04 for a career best 1,500 performance • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2017 XC: Did not compete during the cross country season.

Prep: Won a combined five New Jersey Prep indoor state championships in the 800, 1,600, 3,200, and 4x400 • New Jersey Prep outdoor state champion in the 800 and 1,600 • New Balance Nationals EE mile champion in 2016 • New Balance Nationals qualifier in the indoor mile • Set school records in the 800, 1,600, mile and 3,200 • Was the cross country and track and field team captain as a junior and a senior • Competed in cross country during each year of high school, in indoor and outdoor track and field as a junior and a senior, and on the varsity hockey team as a freshman and a sophomore • Member of Model UN.
