Freshman Year: Ran the 60-, 100-, 200- and 400-meters and participated in the long jump in the indoor season • Ran the 100, 200 and 400 in the outdoor • Indoor All-ACC honors in the second-place distance medley relay • Outdoor All-ACC in the 4x100 relay which also set a regional mark at the ACC Outdoor Championships • Placed at the NCAA East Regional in the 4x100 relay to go on to the national championship.

Prep: 2006 and 2008 Outdoor State Champions (team) • 2008 Indoor State Champions (team) • 4x100, Large School Champions in 2007 • National champion in the 4x200m relay • Placed second in nationals in the 4x400m relay • Named 2008 Athlete of the Year • A member of the National Society of High School Scholars.
