Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll for 2020-21, 2021-22 2022-23, and 2023-2024.
2024 XC: Competed in the Charlotte Opener… Helped the Tar Heels posted their second straight sweep with a top ten finish in the Virginia Invitational… finished 92nd overall in the Nuttycombe Invitational as Carolina took fourth as a team… Ran in every race in the 2024 season including the ACC Championships, Southeast Region Champions and NCAA Cross Country National Championships.
2024 T&F: Missed the indoor season due to injury ... Competed in the 1,500m and 5,000m during the outdoor season ... Competed in five meets ... Finished 3rd at the Historic Penn Relays with a season best 13:53.66 ... Crossed the tape in sixth place at the NCAA Southeast Regional, finishing the 10K race in 29:59.1 ... Was 113th at the NCAA Championships, finishing the 10K in 30:21.0 ... His best 8K finish of the year was 23:04.4, a second-place finish in the Paul Short Run on Sept. 30.
