2019-20: Exhausted indoor eligibility in 2019 • Outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019 XC: Finished 60th at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a 6K time of 21:34.6 • Did not finish the women’s 6K at the ACC Championships • Scored for Carolina in each of the four regular-season meets, finishing as high as second in the women’s 5K (17:03.3) at the Cavalier Classic • Clocked a season-best 6K time of 21:21.6 at the Under Armour Pre-Nationals • Also opened the season with a ninth-place 4K finish (14:41.2) at the Elon Opener.
2018-19: Earned All-ACC honors after finishing second in the women’s mile (4:43:05) at the ACC Indoor Championships • Just missed her personal record in the mile with the fastest prelim time (4:40.37) at ACC Indoors • Also finished 13th in the 3,000 meters (9:39.37) at ACC Indoors • Opened indoors at the JDL Early Bird Duals with a fifth-place finish in the 5,000 meters (16:18.55) • Set personal records in the mile (4:40.10) for first place and in the 800 (2:09.38) for third place at Clemson’s Bob Pollock Invitational • Did not compete during the outdoor season.

2017-18: Earned Honorable Mention All-America honors in the 5,000 meter with a 22nd-place finish and a time of 16:08.83 in her first ever NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships • Placed 12th in the second heat of the 5,000 at the NCAA East Preliminary Round to capture the final championship ticket • Finished fourth in the 5,000 to earn second-team All-ACC honors at ACC Indoors • Holds the UNC record in the women’s indoor 5,000 meter after running 16:16.77 at the Music City Challenge • Ran the 3,000 meter at the Battle of the Blues in 9:24.88, the fourth-fastest time in school history • Also ranks fourth all-time at Carolina in the women’s indoor 3,000 meter with a time of 9:12.18 at the Camel City Challenge • Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Virginia Grand Prix with a time of 10:29.65 • Collected eight top-five finishes throughout the indoor and outdoor seasons.
2017 XC: Was All-Region with her 12th-place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional • Named All-ACC after finishing 11th at the ACC Cross Country Championships and setting a 6k personal best of 20:26.3 • Was fifth out of 177 in the Penn State National and ninth out of 328 runners in the Louisville Classic where she set a 5k personal best of 16:51.17 • Kicked off the season by winning the Mountains To Sea Open by 29 seconds and leading the Tar Heels to victory.
2016-17: Finished 43rd at the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 5000 • Took ninth in the 5,000 at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 16:40.5 • Set her personal best of 16:21.58 in the 5,000 at the Virginia Challenge and her 1500 personal best of 4:25.10 at the Battle of Blues • Earned second-team All-ACC honors by placing fifth in the 3,000 at the ACC Indoor Championships - also competed in the DMR • Won the 3000 and the mile at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup and picked up a win in the DMR at the Camel City Invitational • Set a mile personal best of 4:56.47 at the Carolina Cup • Finished third at the Adidas XC Challenge • Earned All-ACC honors at the ACC Cross Country Championships after leading the Tar Heels with a 16th-place finish • Competed at the NCAA Southeast Regional, where she placed 36th with a time of 21:32 • Fastest 5k race came at the Joe Plane Invitational where she ran a personal best time of 16:48.
2015-16: Six top-10 finishes in the 1500m and the 3000m during the outdoor season • Placed 21st in the mile at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships • Took first in the mile at the UCS Invitational • Finished third in her first collegiate cross country race at the Hokie Invite • Placed 15th at the Adidas XC Challenge • Finished 34th at the Princeton Inter-Regional • Took 59th at the ACC Cross Country Championship • Placed 52nd at the Southeast Regional meet • Fastest 6k race came at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational where she ran 21:40 • Honored as the Freshman of the Year and the Most Improved female distance runner • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
Prep: Helped her track and field team win three state titles • 9-time Georgia High School Individual State Champion • Led her team to four straight GHSA Cross Country team championships • XC 4A individual state champion during her sophomore, junior and senior years • Track and field 4A state champion in the 1,600 and 3,200 for three straight years (2013-2015) • Earned All-American honors in 2015 in the 3,200 • New Balance Nationals Outdoor Qualifier • Lettered in track and field and cross country all four years • An honor roll student • Was voted class president for her sophomore and junior years.
