2019-20: Represents the men’s cross country team on the Student-Athlete Advisory Council • Co-President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Council • Represents men’s cross country on the ACC Student-Athlete Advisory Council.
2018-19: Placed 26th in the mile (4:18.16) at the ACC Indoor Championships • Clocked a personal-best mile time (4:10.57) at Boston’s David Hemery Valentine Invitational • Also ran a career-best 3,000 (8:32.83) to finish seventh at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup • Finished 25th in the 1,500 meters (3:55.22) at the ACC Outdoor Championships • Ran a career-best 1,500 meters (3:51.32) at the Raleigh Relays while helping the 4x1500 win their relay in 15:42.57 • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll • Represented the men’s cross country team on the Student-Athlete Advisory Council.
2018 XC: Finished 94th in the men’s 8K with a personal best (25:25.7) at the ACC Championships • Competed for Carolina in all three regular season meets.
2017-18: Ran a leg of the DMR that ran a time of 10:09.31 for 12th-place honors at the ACC Indoor Championship and finished the mile in a time of 4:15.58 for 26th • Ran a personal-best 1,500 at the Raleigh Relays, clocking in at 3:58.51 • Finished the 800 at the Duke Invitational with a new career record of 1:53.21 • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
2017 XC: Competed in five meets during the cross country season • Finished 109th at the ACC Cross Country Championships • A representative of the men's cross country team on the UNC Student-Athlete Advisory Council.
2016-17: Did not compete during the outdoor season • Set his personal-best 4:14.03 while finishing 21st in the mile at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships, also competed in the DMR • Set his personal-best 1:55.04 in the 800 at the Notre Dame Invitational • Did not compete in cross country • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
Prep: School record holder in the 800, 1,600, 3,200, 5k and 4x800 • 10-time state medalist • 3-time State Champion (800, 1,600, and 4x800) • 2015 Cross Country state runner up • Captained his team his last two years • Also played soccer in high school • National Honor Society Vice President • Mu Alpha Theta Vice President • Spanish National Honor Society • Cum Laude society • Made the Headmaster's list with a 4.68 GPA.
