2018 XC: Finished 110th at the ACC Championships • Also competed at the Battle in Beantown and the Penn State National Open.

2017-18: Finished the 10,000 meter competition in 32:13.61 for 22nd at the ACC Outdoor Championships • Ran a career-fastest 10,000 meter race at the Raleigh Relays, clocking in at 30:27.05 • Set a personal record in the 5,000 at the Weems Baskin Relays with a fourth-place time of 14:52.84.

2017 XC: Finished 99th at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a personal-best 31:38.9 10k • Took 79th at the ACC Cross Country Championships • Competed in every cross country meet for the Tar Heels.

2016-17: Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor seasons • Placed 38th at the Adidas XC Challenge in his first collegiate cross country meet • Fastest 8k time of the season was at the ACC Cross Country Championships where he ran a time of 24:34 • Qualified for the NCAA Southeast Regional and placed 125th, clocking in at 32:10 • Finished 38th at the Adidas XC Challenge.
