2018-19: Finished 25th in the men’s 5,000 meters (14:53.38) at the ACC Indoor Championships • Ran a personal-best 5,000 time of 14:27.10 to finish 13th at Boston’s David Hemery Valentine Invitational • Also clocked the best 3,000-meter time of his career (8:26.57) for seventh place at Clemson’s Bob Pollock Invitational • In outdoors, finished his first-collegiate 10,000 meters in 30:17.66 for 11th at the Virginia Challenge • Did not finish the 10,000 meters at the ACC Outdoor Championships.
2018 XC: Placed 48th at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a 10K time of 31:13.9 • Ran the men’s 8K course at the ACC Championships in 24:28.1, Carolina’s best time of the meet, to finish 31st • Was also Carolina’s top men’s finisher at the Penn State National XC Open with a 37th-place finish and a time of 25:44 • Scored points for UNC as one of the top-three finishers in each of the five competitions.
2017-18: Ran a personal-best 1,500 at the Raleigh Relays in a time of 4:03.28 • Finished the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 9:37.82 for eighth-place honors at the Battle of the Blues.
2017 XC: Led the Tar Heels in the final four meets of the cross country season • Finished 50th at the ACC Cross Country Championships • Took 53rd at the NCAA Southeast Regional on his way to a 10k personal best of 30:39.2 • Competed in five total meets.
2016-17: Competed in five meets during the outdoor season • Set a personal best of 8:35.93 in the 3000 at the Battle of the Blues • Set a personal best in the 5000 at the Raleigh Relays of 14:46.04 • Did not compete during the indoor season • Ran in five cross country meets for the Tar Heels • Began his cross country career at UNC by earning 24th place at the Adidas XC Challenge • Ran an 8k personal best of 24:35 at the ACC Cross Country Championships, placing 59th • Qualified for the NCAA Southeast Regional and took 128th place with a time of 32:13.
