Munson Called Up For U.S. U-20 National Team Training Camp

ATLANTA, Ga. – The U.S. U-20 Women's National Team head coach Vicky Jepson announced the 24-player roster for a training camp Feb. 24 through March 3 on Friday morning. Hope Munson will represent the University of North Carolina women's soccer program at the camp.
The training camp will be held at the Elite Athlete Training Center in Chula Vista, Calif. featuring 14 collegiate players and 10 professionals. The camp is part of the USWNT training ahead of the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup this fall.
Munson will join former Tar Heel, Linda Ullmark, at camp. The pair played together this past season at Carolina where they helped lead the team to an appearance in the third round of the NCAA Tournament.
Munson had a standout freshman season in Carolina blue. The Holladay, Utah native was tabbed to the ACC All-Freshman Team after starting in 20 matches logging 90 plus minutes in 12 games. Munson dished out three assists and defensively contributed to six shutouts.
