200 Medley Relay Scores To Open NCAA Women’s Championships

Federal Way, Wash. – The University of North Carolina women's 200 medley relay secured points to open the NCAA Championships on Wednesday. The team of Greer Pattison, Skyler Smith, Elizabeth Sowards and Georgia Nel clocked a 1:35.38 to finish 16th on the day.
In the night's other event, the 800 free relay of Nel, Maren Conze, Lily Sawyer and Sowards posted a 7:04.42 to finish 20th.
The Heels will be back in the pool tomorrow with 200 IM, 50 free and 1-meter diving. Swimming prelims being at 1 p.m. ET and diving prelims start at 3:15 p.m. Finals in all events start at 9 p.m. and will air on ESPN+.
