No. 19 North Carolina Set To Host Chattanooga Sunday

No. 19Â North Carolina hosts Chattanooga Sunday at 2pm to wrestle in Carmichael Arena for the first time in the 2019-20 season. The dual will be broadcast on ACC Network Extra online and through the ESPN app. Admission is free for local fans attending.

UNC (1-1) defeated No. 19 Michigan, 19-17, to begin the dual meet season before dropping last weekend's road dual against Stanford.Â

Chattanooga is 1-3 this year following last week's 39-0 loss to No. 2 Iowa. The Mocs went 0-2 in the Chattanooga Duals the weekend prior to battling the Hawkeyes, falling to Army and Illinois. The team began the season with a 29-14 win over Southern Illinois-Edwardsville.

On Friday, Chattanooga travels to Davidson for its first Southern Conference dual meet of the year at 6:00 p.m.
The Tar Heels have announced that they will host a school supplies drive prior to Sunday's dual to support UNC Children's and the UNC Hospital School. For more information, click here.
