A member of the UNC staff since 2005, Tracy Harris serves as Assistant Director of Athletic Human Resource Services. Her responsibilities include serving as SPA Payroll Coordinator for all Department of Athletics units, processing and verifying TIM timecards for correctness, completing employment actions in HRIS, maintaining leave records of all permanent employees, establishing and maintaining all files for the Athletic HR unit, serving as EEV and criminal check coordinator and duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.

Harris, a native of Chapel Hill, earned her Associate of Arts in business from Western International University in 2006 and her Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Phoenix in 2008.
