Moses Cabrera enters his second season as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Carolina Football program.
Cabrera spent eight seasons in the same role with the New England Patriots, after spending five seasons as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Patriots.
Cabrera joined the Patriots on March 31, 2011, after one season as an assistant strength coach at the University of Colorado. During his time in Boulder, Cabrera was responsible for the implementation of strength and conditioning programs for the school’s football team. Prior to his season at Colorado, Cabrera spent six years as an assistant strength coach at Fresno State, where he was responsible for the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for incoming football players, men’s basketball, women’s lacrosse and women’s soccer.
Cabrera held graduate assistant strength coach positions from 2001-04 at Oral Roberts University, the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Fresno State. Cabrera began his coaching career at Oral Roberts, where he assisted with the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for 10 varsity sports from 1998-2000.
Cabrera graduated from Oral Roberts University with a bachelor of science in kinesiology health and exercise science.
