Jordan Green joined the North Carolina athletics department in November 2022 as an Associate Director of Communications and Content Creation. In his role, he serves as the primary media contact for wrestling and men's lacrosse, and the secondary contact for football.
Prior to joining the Tar Heels, Green served as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at Jacksonville University. During his time at JU, he worked with the Dolphins' men's lacrosse, volleyball, women's soccer, and beach volleyball programs.
Green received his master's degree in sport administration from Canisius College in Buffalo, N.Y. While at Canisius, Green worked in the athletic communications office as a graduate assistant.
The Shelby, Ohio native graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in 2020, with a bachelor's degree in sport management. During undergrad, Green worked in various capacities with the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Guardians, and Cleveland Monsters, as well as working two College Football Playoff National Championship games.
