2009-10: Logged a 7-2 mark before injury ended his season • Placed fourth at the Hokie Open by reeling off four straight wins to begin the tournament • Earned dual victories at the ACC Challenge against Bucknell and Gardner-Webb and went 1-1 at the Northeast Duals.
2008-09: Redshirt season • Went 10-8 wrestling unattached at 141 pounds • Recorded three pins and three major decisions • Took fourth at the Hokie Open with a 4-2 record • Went 2-2 at the Wolfpack Open and 3-2 at the Southern Scuffle • Also saw action at the Pembroke Open.
2007-08: Recorded a 16-14 record as UNC's starter at 133 pounds • Went 7-7 in duals and 1-2 versus the ACC • Registered one pin, one technical fall and three major decisions • Took fourth place at the ACC Championships with a major decision over Virginia Tech's Jared Jones (11-0) • Also took second in the Freshman/Sophomore Division of the Michigan State Open with a 3-1 record.
At Lock Haven University (2006-07): Went 23-12 at 133 pounds as a freshman for Lock Haven • Placed third at the Mat Town Open and the West Virginia Open and took sixth at the Penn State Open • Recorded one pin.
Prep: Wrestled for four seasons at Ocean Township High School • Three-time district champion • Won a regional title and was named most outstanding wrestler at regionals • Recorded three top-eight finishes in the state tournament with a top showing of fourth • Three-time Mustang Classic champion and placed fifth at the Beast of the East tournament.
